'Christrose' was a German plan for an offensive in the Ardennes developed by the staff of Generaloberst Alfred Jodl, the chief-of-staff of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, but not preferred for development as the definitive 'Wacht am Rhein' (October 1944).
